I'm contemplating whether to list all my units on Furnished Finder, but I'm unsure if it's a worthwhile decision.

My mantra / game I play and tease people with when we discover an overpriced property is to ask: “What terms could you ask for that would make that price of his worthwhile?”

I am more asking whether its something that is worthwhile and I believe I have a pretty good answer now.

Any fantastic property managers that've made everything worthwhile?

However, I have two liens that will enter the foreclosure process next week, so hopefully that will increase the return if/when that process leads to me taking the properties.I think you really need scale to make the tax lien effort worthwhile in terms of ROI.  

I don’t see myself getting another package unless by chance I actually finally get something worth while to balance out the high 4k package cost.

I know what I am finding are worthwhile properties since within a week 80% or more of the identified  homes are CLSD or PEND.  

I work with out of state partners and because they put up 100% of the money to invest in the fix and flips and I do the boots on the ground stuff, we then split profits, so that makes it hard to find properties that fit that criteria of having a high enough profit potential to make it worth while to my investors after the split. 

If by "good returns" you mean cash on cash return, IRR, ROI etc. it will be hard to achieve anything worthwhile without financing, IMO.

I agree with @Scooter Williams it would be worth while and show real commitment to find a mentor and compensate them in some way.
