I look at my own adult life starting 1997 (post college), the fed has embarked on 2 rate cycle increases.

So here's my current situation, there is a house across the street from me with a woman who will be put into a senior home soon and her house is a gold mine, it's also a wreck that needs to have major repairs or be torn down.

I think she would stay several years as she is an older woman who is only needing to move because her current landlord wants to occupy that rental. 

Sometimes someone who is just so benign, so calm or even boring with perfect score and references - can be a man/woman really into dramatic lover relationships. 

A good landlord is also not a 'yes' man/woman, a good landlord is able to distinguish between needed repairs and selective repairs and is still able to say 'no' while still keeping the tenant happy by conveying the why.

If this woman will not allow it he needs to call a police officer who will force her to allow it.

So the suspicion is that this woman works under the umbrella of her boyfriend (both self employed real estate agents) and the paperwork was likely fabricated.   

There's always a guy or woman who moves in. 

This woman moved in and decided she doesn't want to live there.
