It is doing really well, and I'm finding that there are a lot of travelers that want to book a rental in the "woods" for the unique experience, and don't mind the 30 min drive to Nashville. 

Hi, I am willing to in US-based real estate, into addition of my European real estates I already own.So I am not completly new to real estate, although the overseas investing seems to pose some unique challenges.
