Feeling safe is totally different, personally for me, I don't feel comfortable in renting to Class C- or lower properties because of the general environment and it does not attract the kind of tenant I want.Whether you decide to buy your own place or rent to others, run the numbers, be comfortable with whatever choice you make.

What I've notice as a new-ish resident of New Haven (and not originally being from here), that there is not a lot currently in the city to attract permanent, working young professionals/families like myself.

My marketing goal (stay tuned for 2 new, unique marketing websites), will focus on attracting the home farming market by creating strong relationships with organizations like Future Farmers of America (and others), to assist younger generation, new American farmers matched with land at affordable prices and with easy lease-purchase options.

I've never used a hotline number, but I have used a free report (re:  Home Seller's Guide) to attract leads in the areas we farmed.The reason they do work is because people don't feel threated to call.
