Hey everyone, my current situation is this,  my brother owns a used car dealership in Phx,az since 2012, i worked for him till about 2015, then till currently buy vehicles at a dealer auctions , used to advertise on m y own and the dealer lot but in 2020 got tired of dealing with all the Bs it involves dealing with customers and now i advertise and leave my vehicles in the dealer lot and let the sales men sell my vehicle, all i have to do is take care of cars that need attention and collect my check when a vehicle is sold.Gotta say its a petty sweet deal because i have a lot of ME time, im not wealthy but do okay , im guessing real estate involves a lot of networking and talking to people lol.

Again, honesty is the top quality that I look for in a real estate agent, but there are a few others that are of utmost importance as well.Communication - I am so tired of dealing with answering systems, corporate email accounts that are not checked promptly, text messages that remain unanswered for hour or days, and people who simply do not care because they "have the listing" and eventually they will get the 3% commission anyhow.
