I had a teacher in 8th grade tell the class emphatically as he was handing out the mid-term exams to us  "....by the way, you can cheat on this test" and we all perked up and looked at him.

Currently I am 22 years old and recently graduated with my business degree and luckily no student debt.

Poor choices 5 years ago and nothing negative since, defaulted student loans, or current unpaid credit cards and utilities.

The neighborhood I was interested in is a college-town, so many rentals are occupied by students, as landlords can make more money charging students by the room as opposed to renting to families. 

Student housing is a good option for boardng space.

Not a very common strategy out here, even in the student rental space in Tempe around ASU.

One negative for us as litigants was my wife's sister is a college student, not a wealthy stockbroker, so the amount of damages you can sue for is small, and the amount of time huge by comparison due to the reputation of the oil company.
