(sent 2 letters in writing certified mail to the agent and landlord saying this with the cost) as well as talked via phone and email...but those letters are on their way back to me now as they have refused to pick them up from the post office despite me telling them several times via email that they should pick it up.I'm in the process of setting up mediation...hopefully get my full deposit back now...and yes If I have to go to court I will go for double my deposit...not because I'm greedy but because these people have been trying to steal nearly $4500 extra dollars from me illegally (i should only owe them about $600)..and they know that...and I want to handle this through an attorney...as this is bringing on a lot of stress, tears and anxiety doing this on my own.
