That's not the way I want to learn about dry cleaners, perc contamination and become friends or enemies with the EPA.I've seen the same with a couple of old gas stations/convenience stores.....want to be responsible for EPA gas tank leaks? 

Water well tanks and pumps and septic system.

Don't get me wrong, there are a ton of sharks out there, but a lot of the complaints you see can be avoided with proper due diligence.

There are septic tanks which I don’t care for.

The trade off: most of Lilburn is older and most homes have septic tanks. 

@Zach WainI think they would still be up/fine if they made the move in 2005 but did not sell when everything tanked and do not need to sell right now.

We all have spurts where everything seems to happen (turn over, hot water tank breaks, etc).

I have a small propane powered fire pit that connects to a line splitter and tank that is shared by the gas grill. 

It had good bones and two septic tanks already.
