Right now the data for STRs is pretty thin, so it's much less certain than trying to predict rents for a traditional rental.

It's an evolving goal because I can't predict the future and motivation. 

However, the maps and the journals have a hard time predicting where the hostiles are or where the bandits, are they don’t always explain really well what to do when you see them in each situation.
