Pitfalls: What I've seen in working with contractors is that in general even if you put up 100% of everything (you handle the QSP bids, deliver material, pay for everything, etc.) they will want "their money" after they complete the work... some will want to be paid before they complete.They aren't patient enough to handle waiting for the property to sell.
