There is all types of multifamily.Over 55+ communites, multiple level buildings, old ranch style, etc.You might find an area gets oversaturated with one style for demand but for instance if a high level of seniors live in that area they like the old style ranch apartments with no stairs.You have to look at permits and what developers are building and how they are planning to position their property to compete or not against yours.

These aren't really my style: I would be inclined to create a classier, more informative yellow letter, create a one-page website with a catchy URL that folks can go to to learn more about who I am or why I wrote them a letter saying I might want to buy their house, and provide a little background on my voicemail.

I like the idea of keeping it more like the style it was originally , I figure it'll add a little charm to the place making it easier to rent, just not sure if my husband will agree with spending the extra money vs. framing in a door (we have a pile of doors we could use at our other house)
