This is was mostly cosmetic updates, with only a few walls that needed to be added and moved.

Columbus is growing fast with job opportunities and appreciation, and about 80 people move there every week.

We are planning a move to be closer to family and are looking at whether to rent or buy given the current market.

Does anyone know of any institutions or people that would lend cash similarly to a line of credit or some alternate option that would help us with buying homes to move into our properties?

My wife and I plan on buying another property at the end of this year and will probably move that property into the LLC or Trust as well.

As the new owner, showing them that you care about both the property and their experience as residents while they're living there, and building a solid rapport with them on the front end, it will pay so many dividends as you move forward.Hope this info helps a bit, and best of luck with the new property/tenants!

Make good investments, create profits, pay some (minimal) taxes on the profits and move on.
