I a hoping for something in a B class neighborhood most likely, maybe C if it is the right are.

@Scott Krone has some good questions, but if I, as a veteran Contractor, showed up and was bombarded with all these questions, it would be a red flag for me.....A sign of a 'micro manage' customer (the worst kind)It doesn't matter so much how much work they do 'in-house'.

We could sure use a 3b with some pop who doesn't also strike out like a mad man as we seem to have neither (connor g puts the ball in play but has the power of a pitcher, Matt Davidson has enough power but strikes out like he was getting hitting lessons from Adam Dunn).

Looking back, I think I believed TTP too easily, giving them credit for knowing the market better than I as an out of state investor did.

I'm carrying on a discussion with a few people via email now regarding questions buyers may have, so I as a seller, can have an idea and be prepared.

You and I as taxpayers and property owners should want that so they get the highest possible price for the property.
