I'm "retired" and entering the business full-time, while my other partners are at various stages in their W-2 jobs.   

I am currently in my first year of my W2 job (post graduation), and after a year of listening to Bigger Pockets, getting my real estate license, and allocating funds, I have finally decided to dive head first into my first investment.

How would you use that to replace your income of  $7,000 a month from your job?

My W-2 job is in development so I understand I can't jump in head first. 

I handle the booking and accounting/scheduling, etc.  

Look carefully at the source of jobs in the area, make sure you understand where the workers are driving.
