BP showed us all the different strategies we could apply in real estate investing and helped us choose one to start.Then, going to Flip Hacking Live event was integral to our growth.

For that reason, I came here hoping to integrate into the BiggerPockets investment community, especially with those who might be living in or around the St.

Often times, in my area, they pay a salary (not super good but stable) and a very small commission - its definitely a job they tell you when to show up and when you can leave - however this is a great way to get integrated into a brand new community.  

I also value honesty and integrity above all else.

I don't want to prolong the agony.And, for the record, I'm disappointed that the response to my first inquiry on BP questioned my integrity and didn't really answer either of my questions.Wm

We pick up the ACH convenience fees which are like 2 bucks but the integration with our system save a ton of time.

I don’t think adding stairs is a cheap option either since altering the structural integrity of the subfloor should require a skilled carpenter and permits.

As a military member, I put integrity and people first!
