If you have different investors involved in the various projects who each have membership interest, this would require separate LLC's and in some instances if different lenders are involved they may not want other lenders collateralizing assets titled to the same LLC.

Elsewhere are four single-family homes, two bunkhouses, a gymnasium, resort-style pool, helicopter pad and two tennis courts.

:) We love that all we had to pay is a start-up fee, then a monthly membership fee to have access to CPA and attorneys at any time.

She is currently studying for her real estate license and I’ve been listening to the podcast (I have to drive a lot) for the past few months and I have learned a wealth of information from Josh, Brandon, and all the other contributors.Even though I am just getting started, I purchased the pro membership.

If it was really as legal as the gurus would have you believe, why would millions of Realtors spend $1,000/year +/- on licenses, NAR membership, local Realtor association membership and continuing education?  

Thanks for All the review; I bought this when it first came out, I actually have owned several memberships with Jerry Norton, and I feel they were all money grabs without any real benefit.

Cost seems to be about the same although I know there is a free version with the Pro BP membership.

Great video Brandon Turner, not sure if it was intentional but you've effectively shown the value of the pro membership while simplifying what I thought was a nebulous process.

(Count on about $6k initial basic investments from the exam prep, time put into the exam prep, MLS membership, and various fees)
