To me if the buyer wants to pay a consulting fee, it needs to be him cutting a check to the consultant/coach.Tell your buyer to present generics, not specific address, etc.....every sentence i thought the next one was going to be the "consultant" stole the deal....or your next post is the "consultant" bid $5000 more on this bad deal.Does your buyer need advice and guidance? 

Both are generic ordinances that once stopped people from using raw shipping containers and random metal buildings for housing that caused blight in communities.

People who put on their own roofs, fix a plumbing leak, paint their house, or take herbal supplements for an ailment are basically taking responsibility for the job they are doing.

Has anybody here ever built an efficiency in order to supplement their mortgage as an investment strategy?

I'd be more comfortable making a big lump sum payment and/or increasing my loan payments once that cash is supplemented by rental income.

All that aside, does anyone have a generic range for these components, for example say $x/ linear foot for a 20-ft wide, standard roadway with extruded curb & gutter, say doubling that if your grades are more than Y degrees, or tripling if more than Z degrees?
