A flipper wouldnt make any money there, and a rental also looks like it wouldn't make any money.This is just my opinion, I'm sure more experienced members will chime in.

It's been a little challenging to find a good realtor who is experienced and knowledgeable while also reliable and motivated enough to return calls/emails personally and consistently, and actively look for properties within my criteria, and go on viewings for or with me instead of passing me on to a "team member".

Contact an experienced "Mortgage Broker" for low down payment Investor loans as we can usually blow nay "direct lender" programs out of the water and all the "direct lenders" know this to be true!
