This does not appear to be an issue for the tenants or the property maintenance (ie, no calls about tiles, soft floors, rot, etc).

Another issue is these homes have standard 15-30 year loans in my personal name ..... so that is another issue

They don't communicate, they pass you all around when you have an issue, their staff doesn't know what's going on....they are horrible!!

I could see this being useful in a BRRRR scenario, but in that case you could be looking at a much longer term loan than 30-60 days, especially given supply chain issues and the uncertainty of the person being able to qualify for the cash out loan as rates continue to climb.
