In this process, clear communication is the key and I should work on the best way to deliver it in my notices and other type of communications.

We have several deals we are in the process of negotiating PSAs and lining up financing so we're reexamining options and communicating with lenders on a regular basis. 

It has its own electric meter and box and there is no circuit breaker labeled well.This area does not have public water.The garage/effeciency has a propane furnace.The town has no records of wells or skeptics and they have informed me that as long as they don't see sewage they don't care, and further informed me I can use a holding tank or gray water system if I like.Several feet behind my garage/efficiency I see a 4 foot by four foot or so concrete pad with two pipes sticking up out of it.

I think that with my background in construction I will be able to excel at renovations/additions and communicating well with architects, contractors, etc.I have someone that I wish to be my partner as he and I will hopefully make a good team.

If you or anyone owns property remember you have 90 days before you enter default so make sure to communicate with your lender and get ahead of things.

Owning properties is very much a people business at the end of the day opening up lines of communication with tenants may enable you to be able to negotiate with them a bit if times get tough or they may even give you a heads up that they're about to take a financial hit because of all thats going on so that you can create a contingency plan. 

I think its key as it says on the bottom of that page, communication is key and for both parties to not try to get an advantage, we're all going to have some loss from this.
