I know one hedge fund from CA that went into low end Detroit and I have been trying to help them best I can . but no one can help an investor when the area turns to dust..When I was investing in Columbus Ohio there was a Hedge fund from NY that dropped 20 million into the market and lost most of it.. and that was pre bubble they were terrible investors just had no clue as to the asset class and whats involved
