He is motivated.The property is 5 acres with a good sized creek running though it (never dry) with a 3 bed 2 bath ~1500 sqft house in pretty good shape (on an unfinished basement ~1500sqft) and 2 car garage.Properties like these in this area are rather rare and hard to come by.

If the crawlspace was dry and the blocks have not shifted their actual position, i.e. settled, then you might be able to just have the block re-tucked by a tuck pointer.
