For instance, I have seen on Zillow specs showing a 3 bed 2 bath home, when i fact on title, it is a 4+2 (as an example) so you still must verify that the data you are looking at is accurate, but it is a decent resource for some quick snapshots into comps available for free.

But they are used in some markets - here are our current economics:For 24"x18", yellow 4mm coroplast, printed with black ink one side - $2 ea, in qty of 100For 18"x12", same specs - $1.25 ea in qty 100In small markets where this strategy is allowed, our guys get 100 at a time.

I might just give it a try.Thanks for your thorough feedback LloydOther CRMs I've heard of that may have potentioal-- Contactually, PipeDrive, REIBlackbook, REI Pro, FreedomSoft, Salesforce... the prob is a lot are geared spec to wholeselling or specific to RE Agent "Realtors" from what I see
