I'm thinking that the $2,000 allocated to online marketing would be better spent marketing for cash investors to sell properties to than for sellers.

Mark I was just thinking with it being year end some sellers will dump properties really cheap for cash offers to clear their books.I do not want to mess with finance, loans, any of that stuff.I am closing commercial deals for my clients so my time is allocated there doing those kinds of things.I am thinking of it simply because I run across a lot of value add type stuff.

I know there's disclosures needed and time would need to be allocated to each business but I feel like the mortgage broker income would help supplement larger but more spread out paychecks from being a real estate agent while also spending my time and energy in real estate.
