I expect adults to act like adults and honor their word, especially in a situation like this where the person who broke their word is the one who is reaping all the benefits.

I want to point out that zoning mentioned in the listing:"Commercial Neighborhood which permits; adult day care, bakery, business services, child care center, coffee shop/cafe,community center, crafts or artisan’s studio, emergency medical treatment center, fitness center, grocery store, library, medical or dental office, museum, offices, personal services, place of worship and much more."

But I started looking at the profiles of the renters they were all local. 90% of them were female, and 2 days or less.  2 of the people booking booked weekly, for 2 days each week. 

It never ceases to amaze me when an otherwise seemingly intelligent, average adult is completely flabbergasted over how to unstick a window, or how a toilet functions, or how to use a disposer, and 1001 other situations that are, to you and I, commonplace.

We are all adults and make decisions for ourselves.
