Real- Estate  is a lot tougher game now because of technology now allowing buyers, sellers to access the market using the internet without using agents but  you do have hot areas that can support  more bodies .

This would allow you to keep the current mortgage and keep entire control of the property.

We're buying a $93k printer to get more mail out the door, and this is nothing compared to the printers the big mail houses use. 

My wife and I used to do flips in this area, and I have a couple listings along with long term rentals I manage in the area..For the co-host, they typically do not handle permitting and other items like that (this can be agreed upon between you and the co-host.

If you're out of state and it's first time, this is really important

HOA just pulled up 4 of my signs this week after courting investor client to buy there. 

So many people gloss over properties before truly evaluating their pro forma rent.Also, I think it's a great point about this strategy working in higher rent/gentrification areas of Chicago..it seems counterintuitive.
