But try searching BP for an investor friendly agent if you do the deal.

How to find such people - you can use the search feature on BP to look for syndicators and/or you can join local REI clubs and network your way through to syndicators.

I'm willing to pay them a nominal hourly rate, but invest more of my own time in searching for ways to get them involved in more of the 'big picture.'
