At some point, you will need to give them a copy of the LLC articles and your financial statement etc.

I realize now that what I have been doing in my life financially is all wrong and NOW more than ever I NEED to build a investment portfolio for our future. 

I'm using real estate as an ends to financial independence, and that freedom as the means to an end in community and social entrepreneurship.

Wouldn’t trade a tough couple of financial years for a steady 9-5 paycheck though!

@Daulton H.Get QBs -easier for accountants to do your taxes, better if you get audited, better if bank wants financials, etc.

We track all of our financials in Quickbooks Online.  

Are you financially positioned to do the rehab?

In my experience, most of the time when people ask me if I am the owner/landlord/property manager, they usually have pretty bad financial situation, and often time they were already rejected by the large complexes, so now they are taking their chances with the" operator owners" , and they are hoping/praying that they will not get another rejection for their application fees. 

Cut expenses down as low as possible and start building up some financial wherewithal.

I'm new to the investor world and what brought me here was the overall goal for financial peace.
