I know nothing about ranching but would think BillS advice is good wisdom...

As an experienced real estate investor, having already owned dozens of properties and a real estate brokerage, I found instant wisdom in Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."  

However, they're unconsciously just buying things and allocating their resources (money and time spent making money) to items that are really draining their net worth.  

Wisdom is ageless but strategies are timely.

@Michael Lucero I think there is a lot of wisdom in your statement.

But the whole idea of arbitrarily 10Xing every goal in your life could be a train wreck if not handled with wisdom.
