The trick is you need to be able to identify and talk to people about the right opportunity.I would start at your local REIA meetings and even BP has many PMLs.Raising capital for equity investments is a whole different game and you should follow SEC regulations.

At our house (which we owned) our son and his friends along with some others we didn't know would practice Freestyle Motocross tricks (back flips, etc. they were pro riders) One of the fathers of one of the riders was also a personal injury attorney and he wrote up a liability waiver that we had parents sign, or the riders if they were adults.

This is how my day has looked pretty much every day this week:8:00 go for a 2 mile walk from the north end of Kaanapali Beach to the South end, and back.9:00 sit in a chair on the beach, watching surfers doing tricks, answering emails, checking BP, and reading a book.12:00 walk to Whaler's Village to get lunch1:00 rent a cabana on the beach from which I: write this post, check email, read a book, and recharge.6:00 have dinner at an oceanfront restaurant and enjoy the Maui sunset.Ok, ok, I can't be on vacation all the time, so when I'm actually back home my days are much more chaotic.
