Danny Wu looking real estate agent in Queens
28 February 2017 | 3 replies
here's why, 1) i dont do a lot of deals in those areas 2)  you statement shows that you have little or no experience in how to look for an good agent  making you look more likely  a new-sought-to-be-investor. no seasoned top agents will want to spend much with with you unless you show them you have deep pockets or what your clear need is.3) lastly, you can find top agents in those areas easily by looking up who has the most frequent paid ads on zillow on trulia, which indicate they spend big money on advertising in those specific zip codes, which also translates to they are crushing it in those areas. best of luck. brian

-Puerto Rico tends to be very attractive for travelers due to several facts that distinguish us from similar vacation spots near by:1) It is a completely different country from the US with unique cultural differences ranging from food, music, language, history, customs, etc. but still having the many advantages of never actually leaving the US / so you get the best of both worlds (experiencing a foreign country without actually taking the risks of leaving a US territory).2)US currency is used, so no need to go thru the hassle of money exchange and conversion headaches.3) No visa or passport needed to travel4)You can find people that speak english in most areas of the island so no big issues with translation.5) You can also find some familiar and popular chain stores if any last minute items are needed. Now one of the most important facts to take into account is how the hotel industry works.

Andrew Tucker KNOTTY PINE EVERYTHING! STR design help needed
20 August 2023 | 22 replies
It's very cluttered, and the purple carpet reminds of a church alter color (but it is very pretty).I did a quick mockup of a less cluttered room, and used Shaw brown colored pet resistant carpet.I put a mushroom colored sofa at one end and an Avocado green and rust chair at the other end.I also put in a minibar and two small (vs one big) log burners (for winter and fall).it might also be nice to have some kind of sound system in the ceiling that can hitch onto your cell phone and play your music from your phone. If you notice rather than paint a wall, I simply used a drapery to color it from end to end. Here I used a muddy looking mustard color with some checkers on it.I also toned down the white window trim to deep brown color, and put some sheers inside to make the house feel bigger. You could also use knotty pine wainscoting in some areas to break up the horizontal-ness of it.
