(4) Should I study for a real estate license?

To try and preemptively answer some questions from the community, I haven't been given any record of capital expenditures/special assessments and the Useful Life study I have is from 2006, but I've asked for a more recent one.Thank you so much for any advice, experience, etc. that you can offer.

Im thinking about getting my real estate license in North Carolina and I am starting to study. 

My name is Tanner and I am 23 and a current full-time college student studying Accounting.

But then again, I don't study the market or study individual companies either.

The only deals I've had fall apart recently have been when there were significant new issues discovered during an inspection or a very low appraisal.

I have been reading about the VA loan, and studying the local area to see the different types of properties.

Since I spend majority of my time on both of my businesses I’ve barely studied up on real estate which I would love to get into sooner rather than later.

They provided me a summary of the last study (done in 2006) but it was not very detailed.
