It will take some time to bring this around.When people call on the unit from ads, stress again that things have changed and the units have been updated.If you have drug usuage in the immediate area, with other hosues/apts. then get with the police department and get the neighborhood involved to clean up the area.

I admit, I'm a little out of touch and need some advice.IF and I'd like to stress the IFiness of it...this is all hypothetical, but IF I found someone with a network of buyers and could submit houses to them for a potential sale and I myself didn't have any sellers nor the time to prospect for motivated sellers and get the properties under contract, can i get a wholesaler with properties to sell, that he/she has under contract to assign the property to me, then me to end buyer?

Also, IMO it is up to you to make the time, and in my experience if the home front is stressed or neglected or out of balance etc. that tends to affect other areas of your life .
