Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Alexander.

Hello everyone,I’m new to real estate investing and considering Sacramento for my first property.

Recently, I began calling expired investment property listings. 

Looking learn about real estate and hopefully find positive cashflow properties in the Seattle/WA state area to invest in.

So any advice would be extremely precious for us to leverage some past lessons and experiences from the veteran investors here to reduce our risks of investing.

This does not mean your investment is insured.We often hear comments like, "We invested with XYZ because their fund / syndication is FDIC insured," (nope no its not...).To avoid these kinds of mistakes, I strongly recommend you always have an attorney review the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) with you.

Be careful of hyperbole.To invest, when the rubber hits the road you need traction. 

I am a recent college grad and I'm looking to get started in real estate investing with a friend of mine who is also a recent grad.

I currently am a part-time real estate investor that will be leaving my sales job at the end of the year to start investing full time in real estate.
