As long as the distinction stays clear in your mind, I think you will avoid any serious pitfalls.

@Olu Efunwoye, I think there are a lot of ways to get that knowledge, but the best is talking with brokers (both investment sales and loan) and property managers in the market you are looking at.Given most coaches are going to provide some basic general education, I don't think many are worth it.
