Hope it works out, it's a sad situation for the tenants but they can always request and pay two more weeks to their current landlord because they don't have nowhere to go.

@Jacob Sampson Sadly, I have the opposite situation with where I live here in Broward County.

It’s really sad that you guys have to babysit.

I was truly sad when I ran the numbers.It takes experience to work with razor thin margins.

The sad truth is that the bank has to agree and accept the counter offered price they counter you with, receive the paperwork and sign off in order to move on to the next step of the short sale process.

I am so sad and sick over this how in the world could this happen to us.

Everyone would have to be protected as it's sad but too many bad people out there.
