In the future, make sure you have the verbiage in the inspection objection that "when requesting a repair, it is understood that a Colorado licensed and insured contractor is used and all invoices, scope of work, and receipts will be provided to the buyer no later than the day prior to the final walk through".

I replaced them within 48 hours of her notice. then it was in regards to some bees outside of the house, which I paid to get taken care of promptly and i reasonably understood this could be a issue.After that she made a claim about the patio screen not being up completely and my property manager went by and took care of it personally.

If I understood correctly you haven't signed yet....Put it in writing that either the blinds stay or the price drops $2k....done.And don't use that agent any more.
