Does anyone have any experience with TV advertising for motivated sellers and if so can you share it with me?

I would research private hard money lender's if I were you they're a great source for low priced inventory, they are more motivated than others to move inventory.

As sellers do not advertise their motivation offers is a sure thing to find out.The trick is to make lots of offers and low offers in the current climate in most of the country.Find somebody that is willing to submit offers and make it worth his time by also listing with him.
