I believe that ones access to capitol is a good gauge of their readiness to play this game. 

yes i went and met them at thier office in tampa last week and we went on a tour of some properties in hudson and port richey to get a feel, also some face to face time to get a gut instinct on the people. i never felt pressured or got a bad feeling and my gut never lets me down.
