Every where we asked, it is not possible to convert from our personal name to an LLC (which own by us). 

I'm not familiar with On the Rocks, but using SW Pure White on the exterior of my personal residence.  

Personally I would call your local investment guru agent or property manager and see what you can do.

@Justin Reyes Let me ask you this...If you owned a marketable piece of real estate and no longer cared to own the property what would you rather do: (a) Sell the property, pay off your mortgage and move on to other opportunities; or(b) Sell the property without paying off the loan,  remain liable for the loan as the note signer and trust the buyer will continue to make payments on that loan, and if they don't your personal credit is damaged? 

We are going to check out the area in person this week.We are thinking if number works out it will be still good investment.

When banks (and MHP investors) look at the value of a mobile home park, they will not count the income generated from the mobile homes themselves as mobile homes are considered personal property. 

Perhaps you can arbitrate, but you will want to be careful getting too involved in a personal dispute.
