Does anyone know of or reccomend a "Turn Key" type "Bird Dog " or "Property Locator " Program ,where the investor can place a Craigslist Ad ,,,the candidate replies and all his "FAQ's" are already addresses and answered in the program.Ive stumbled upon some good one in the past surfing the Net ,but they've disappeared.A fella named Andy Proper had a good one but the link is down,Id love to have some eager youngsters help me find fixer type property ,but I dread all the hand holding and explanations ahead of me.Please advise,,,,any help greatly appreciatedDave DoyleMonrovia Ca

Since you gentlemen clearly know all that need be known regarding my and my families situation, you can no doubt clear up some of the other "feelings" I've had "hurt"; the harassment(s), the wrongful detention, the numerous privacy violations, the forgery, the wrongful prosecution, the intimidation, the forced "accidental" eviction (when still current and up to date, by the way).

The reason I ask is that by your post you don't seem to have stepped out your door and put yourself out there yet.Until you engage in unfamiliar and uncomfortable situations regarding real estate, you won't be able to grow.You will be told "NO" numerous times before you get a yes.

With one amount compared to the other in a buy and hold strategy, the difference is that you could buy more doors and diversify your funds over numerous doors as opposed to all capital in one door.Whichever amount you have and go with, be sure to buy correctly, perform due diligence, and apply leverage responsibly to increase returns and dilute your risk.
