I've learned to work around it and have successfully navigated it throughout the years.   

All of the Facebook experts along with the thousands of wholesalers its a hard place to navigate.

So I can't rule it out.That said, the market will do what it will do regardless of what I think or say, so all I can do is navigate around it as best as I can and adjust for risk accordingly.I do think that as a market continues to climb higher and people are forced to take on more and more debt for lower and lower returns, the danger of over-leveraging yourself becomes the biggest risk. 

Ambulance chasing attorneys know their way around and can legally navigate around Insurance Policies.

Some pointers for you: The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do BP members!

Be aware that zoning is pretty restrictive, most cities are doing everything they can to keep both Mobile Home and RV Parks so navigating the permitting process is a VERY time intensive process.  

I went to school at Hillsdale College so I know Grand Forks well, great micro brews...but I digress...he would need to file the LLC in a state that allows SLLC filings and then register it as a foreign LLC while knowing how to keep the anonymity in place...if you need any help navigating this let me know.

Nothing to think about - Free, Easy to navigate and majority of the big banks have the access to that software.

They are all basically the same... some harder to navigate than others.
