One of them even uses a respected attorney to do his double closings.I also would ALWAYS recommend getting sound legal advice from a qualified attorney in your state before doing any type of creative real estate investing.I also think communicating unverified or misinformed rumors around real estate laws is a destructive practice and should only be done with the utmost caution and reserve.

You will also need to analyze such things as the demographics of the area, the building's major components, to see what major systems may be beyond it's useful life, like the water heaters, etc..There's just so much to analyze that I would need to see the actual deal to say if I would personally buy it.

i live in person county just north of durham. as far as what field... i havent even gotten my feet wet yet. i see all these little boxes sitting around with all the book/catalogs in them. such as the real estate book and homes and land. i get a new one every month. i am looking into the feild. im college i did take a small business class. but my major was unrelated to real estate. so i guess i am looking to start at the ground and work up.
