Im also licensed so if on the sale of your project you need to list, willing to work out details that is beneficial to you for exchange in hands on experience.Ive wholesaled some deals but know I want to rehab so I am looking to see the ins and outs with a pro before i just dive in.

(It sits on 2 lots;hence the ridiculous taxes)total debt service is about 1500/month it seem to work out even with the increased taxes, but I wanted another set of eyes on the deal.

Less than 1/4 of the cost, but labor intensive and you'd better know what you're doing.Obviously, I could go into more detail about the remodel work I did, as this required a lot of forethought as well.
