@Ete-kamba Jeremiah AmakuI would define a ghetto as a slum area where there is high crime and multiple instances of assault with a deadly weapon, shooting on an occupied dwelling, negligent discharge of a firearm, homicide, etc.

At least most dont. ...You can get a dwelling policy endorsement called "drain and sewer backup" to get coverage, but that sort of insurance does not cover the repair of the pipes; that insurance covers damages to things like furniture.

The only county that now allows tiny homes as secondary "accessory dwelling units" (ADU) (when there is another, bigger house on the property) is Fresno.Tiny homes on foundations have other problems.

The only advice I can give as someone who often dwells on the issue of morality of RE investing as well is to look inward -- and outward -- on your own.

What I didn't say was after the dinks got things all rocking and rolling in a sustainable manner, then came the empty nesters in their 50's, they made  the center of the circle bigger pushing dinks further out and higher too, lot of mid rise and condos started popping up but condos are not for everyone, the ground dwelling dinks kept creeping pushing the boundaries out further. 

My residential BP was rejected because it’s considered commercial because I have more than 2 dwellings.

Only way to make this work was to find a SFH with separate dwelling unit so we had our own living space and privacy.
