As a beginner, I’m still reading and listening to all the great advice and content out there, but tentatively working towards house hacking via a multi family property in Philadelphia.  

Even getting them back out there will be an uphill battle. 

I would just make sure that the unique living situation is spelled out super clearly for both parties.

I’m also in the process of reaching out to people in my city/neighborhood who are experienced REIs, RE agents, and GCs to get their insight and pick their brains, start to conceptualize potential partners, etc.

I just am putting out my feelers on how pros would address these issues.  

There is no perfect software out there.
