Supreme Court stated in 1934 that due process is not upheld "if a practice or rule offends some principle of justice so rooted in the traditions and conscience of our people as to be ranked as fundamental.”1 One would assume the principles so rooted include the right to be heard before an impartial judge, the right to challenge evidence and cross examine witnesses and to present a rigorous defense.

My business is a single member LLC..In short I approached them with only the intentions of securing my personal primary residence and was told that bc the property had been cross collateralized with others in the old biz loan that I had no other way of securing my home either through them or with another institution.

I do have my fingers crossed to have a decent reputation in six months, be more knowledgeable, and being able to utilize the marketplace and my colleagues to get stuff done, because if Gary Keller is right that you have to go through dozens or a hundred suspects to find prospects to find something worth getting under contract to get something good under contract, it would smart to have to let it go because I couldn't find funding/partnership.
