How frequent should I mail before calling?

My home is in Las Vegas but because my husband and I travel frequently and live in other cities while he works 3 month work contracts, we rent out our home for vacation rentals. 

If you will be a frequent repear customer, the agent will do more in terms of discounts (as legally possible) because you are a consistant lead.

My girlfriend is wrapping up a radiology program in Chattanooga and we frequently visit my Great Aunt who has retired in Brentwood.

I feel like if I were to start a company that would help out Flippers/Investors, then I would surround myself around these types of people more frequently, and it would allow me to acquire properties more efficiently in the long run and would allow me to get out of the "9-5".

If they're only charging 6% they're likely going to make it up from you somewhere else.....like frequent turnover of tenants....or upcharging on maintenance.I'd be happy to give you an independent look at any of the deals they are offering to you.
