@Jessica Chow Unpermitted work is common in CA, if they don’t like to pay for it, on to the next buyer. 80% of the buyers in CA will not care about permits, to other states its the other way around probably.

If you really have a good deal and it is priced right you shouldn't care if that buyer doesn't want to play ball.

I definitely want my numbers and metrics to always be as accurate as possible and couldn't care less about something like bragging rights.
