I heard recently that there were very few homes for sale from deception pass bridge to coupville.  

Looking to connect and create relationships with local lenders to create a bridge between us and our investors. 

I think I have a bank who will work with me on an FHA 203K Rehab, but if that doesn't work out I might revert back to a bridge loan.

I am able to get 50% bridge loan but I am still in need of the other 50%.

It is also relatively close to the convention center, the outer harbor, the Amtrak station, the bus station and an easy drive (20-25 mins) to the airport and just across the bridge to Ft.

Know what you want, finish One Bridge.

If you can do a low downpayment conventional loan (many credit unions offer this) and avoid the PMI and get the seller to pay your closing costs then you can come out of pocket to pay for those repairs and in that scenario you will probably come out way ahead of a 203k streamline or bridge loan type products in the long run.

@Aly L @Chris Martin @Jeff Bridges Great thread...I have 9 properties at 1200/month (middle class single family homes) that I would like to start implementing a system right away before I start losing checks; forgetting whose I have and havent cashed; etc.

The only thing I can see is bridging the roof sections but it would be expensive and purely cosmetic.

I wouldn't burn any bridges.
